    at this exactly moment, but I have tryed a lot more... :-)

    Ok perfect.

    What does:

    host `hostname`

    Return? Those are backticks. It should return your 192.x.x.x IP.

    You forgot the backticks when typeing host name. Run the EXACT command I gave you.

    Ok so this proves you DNS is not working. It can find your hostname but can't resolve the IP.

    The DNS server, are working good, I can asures you, anyway, this is the reason for the error in install proces ? I don't think so...

    Can you check your DNS config (I assumes you're using BIND) against the details in this post and make sure it's set-up as described there.

    I'm 100% sure your DNS was not working when you ran this command:

    [root@santiaguin ~]# host `hostname`
    Host santiaguin not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
    When it's working it will return an IP address and not an error like 'host not found'. At minimum you need to be able to resolve your host to a localhost name.

    I need BIND working to install & run ZIMBRA ?

    I never get BIND work good, anyway, my DNS configuration, works good ever.
