Default Help! Problem after moving to 64bit

Hi all,

We're in the middle of migrating a Network Edition 4.5.9 server to a 64bt machine. Unfortunately, after the data's been copied over, we're having issues starting up again.

After the start:

zimbra@zimbra ~]$ zmcontrol status
Host zimbra.booksurge.com
antispam Running
antivirus Running
imapproxy Running
ldap Running
logger Stopped
logmysql.server is not running
mailbox Stopped
mysql.server is not running
tomcat is not running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Stopped

mailbox.log shows:
2008-04-25 19:23:47,770 WARN [http-80-Processor99] [] misc - unable to lookup account for log, id: 29049db5-9db8-4c62-a987-33ef6b2aa550

(mail2 was the name of the server before the swap). Can anyone tell me where I went wrong?

How did you copy the data from one server to the other ?

Moving to 64 bits means doing specials things to the LDAP data (not "compatible" from 32 to 64 bits).

There are information in the wiki and a couple threads on the forum about this specific "move".

We used this article to do this:

Hope that helps,
