Hi and welcome,

Go into your admin GUI and have a look at Global Settings > MTA tab and see if you have the options "Client's IP address (reject_unknown_client)" and "Hostname in greeting (reject_unknown_hostname)" checked. Uncheck them and these errors should go away. These are anti-spam features that unfortunately reject a certain amount of otherwise-legitimate email if the sender's servers aren't configured up to standard. A lot of us turn them off.

Default Already Checked

I have checked that already and neither of them are ticked. Is it maybe possible that these are still active even though they aren't checked in AdminIU?

Thanks anyway

Improbable, but not impossible. Go to your command line, su as zimbra, then
Code:
zmprov gacf | grep zimbraMtaRestriction
and it'll show you what restrictions are active. Post the result back here if it's weird.

Some earlier versions would not leave these boxes checked in the admin GUI. There were one or two postings to this effect. They are check though in the latest version - 5.0.5.

Which brings up a very good point (thanks Bill!): what version are you on? If you post your version number in your user profile it keeps us from asking dumb questions, or answering your reasonable questions with dumb answers (at least some of the time)

Hey I've just updated my profile sorry about that. Anyway i use ZCS 5.0.1

Ok here is the output that I got

zimbraMtaRestriction : reject_invalid_hostname
zimbraMtaRestriction : reject_non_fqdn_sender
zimbraMtaRestriction : reject_unknown_client
zimbraMtaRestriction : reject_unknown_hostname
zimbraMtaRestriction : reject_unknown_sender_domain

so from this it is clear that it is being rejected and is still active but again none of this is ticked in adminUI
