Default [SOLVED] Relay Problem!?

I am able to send to any internal email address from any internal address. I am not able to send to or from an external address to an email address on zimbra. Anytime I try to send from hotmail or whatever, I get this error:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp;553 sorry, relaying denied from your location [65.55.175.225] (#5.7.1)

It's driving me crazy, I can't seem to find the right place to allow this to work. Any help for a noobie would be great! Thanks in advance!

Okay, figured out to uncheck the "Enable DNS lookups" box in the MTA admin. Now I can send email to external and internal email addresses.

However I am still stuck on having hotmail, etc. being able to send to my zimbra server. Again, I get this error from trying to send from hotmail:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp;553 sorry, relaying denied from your location [65.55.175.209] (#5.7.1)
