Default Cold migration of data between distribution/architecture?

Hi,
I am just setting up first installation of Zimbra. It should be pretty small, up to 100 users, mostly for remote POP3 clients access. I am using 32b Debian Etch package inside Xen guest because 64b Zimbra for Etch is not available.

How difficult it would be to migrate data (with reasonable downtime eg. up to one hour) to another Zimbra installation if I will change the OS later (Ubuntu Hardy or Debian 64b Etch)?

Thanks a lot.

Thanks for reply, but this looks like moving to same OS and same architecture and using existing installation. I am trying to figure out how to move to different OS (eg. Debian Etch => Ubuntu Hardy) or architecture (32b => 64b). I am pretty sure that it will not be possible using existing binaries and fresh install and migration will be needed.

I face a similar situation - I've been running Zimbra 5 OSE 32-bit in an Etch VM under XenEnterprise and would like to migrate to Hardy 32-bit on real hardware. I tried just prepping the new server with install.sh -s, deleting /opt/zimbra and then copying over my /opt/zimbra and running install.sh again without the -s option but if just hung trying to start mysql and some other errors. Is the migration path from one distribution to another similar to the the 32->64 bit upgrade path mentioned here:
