Fedora - import username and mail

Hi,

Just install Zimbra and impressed with product!

Would like to migrate user info and mail from another Fedora machine.

User account info is in passwd/shadow files.
The user mailfile is in /var/spool/mail/(username).

How do i go about importing this into Zimbra LDAP and MailStore?
