Default DMG wont install on Mac OSX

the installation dmg file for 3.0 will only decompress and the Mac OSX installer shows on the dock, I waited for a while, there was no installation wizard showing up etc. I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem ?

thanks
ran

Default mac osx install

Did your browser auto-launch the install?

Try downloading the dmg and mounting it, then running the install explicitly by double-clicking the zcs.mpkg file (make sure the installer isn't running at the time.)

We did exactly what you said, and the browser didn't auto-launch the installer.
