The link you've posted in the error message tells you what you need to know, did you look there?

In order to prevent spam, Gmail refuses mail when the sending IP address does not match the sending domain. To send mail from your server to Gmail, we suggest using the SMTP relay provided by your ISP. Please note that we are unable to whitelist IP addresses or otherwise make exceptions at this time.

Your English isn't that bad. Yes, I believe they want a reverse DNS.

Yes.

More and more e-mail servers in the world have this restriction: that
the IP must resolve to the e-mail server.

Unfortunately, for those of us who don't fully control our own dns (i.e
we are setting something up from home), frequently the service provider,
such as Verizon or Cox, need to be called up and asked to change the
reverse dns.

For example, the IP resolves to blahblahblah.verizon.net, not to
myeemailserver.domain.com

They will change this for you if you have static IPs, and you give them a call.

Or, if you're running your own dns, then just make sure the IP resolves to
your e-mail server and you'll be fine once the changes propagate.

If you can't modify your reverse DNS then a relay is the only option.

That's a user option, check the preferences for a user account.
