Default were to define fetchmail(old mailserver) entries in ZCS ?

Hello,

our old/current email-server fetches mails from all in /etc/fetchmail definded email-addresses (on different email-domains).

e.g.(fetchmail):
poll mail.xyt.com with proto POP3
user ´john.smith@ourdomain.com´ there with password ´123´ is

As I undersand the ZCS sandard installation does not use fetchmail.

Question:
Where do we have to define those entries in Zimbra?

Thank's a lot for your help?

John

Thank's a lot for the help!

Does it work(fetching mails from different mboxes/maildomains to the Zimbra Inbox mail folder)
if it's defined by the Admin, but if the Admin is not logged in to ZCS?

Thank's a lot for your help! John

PS
Since we did not yet installed Zimbra (but very soon:-)

It's a user defined function and it's in the user preferences panel. Yes, it can either keep the remote directory structure or drop the mail into the Inbox of the user.

Thank's a lot for the help,

I should probably have askted like that: Does it work (fetching mails from different mboxes/maildomains) if no user is logged into Zimbra (It's a user defined function)?

Thank you!

John

The user set their options and preferences and they run on the server, so you don't have to be 'logged in' to the web ui for it to function. Search the forums for details on how to enable this feature on the server.
