How to activate the Hosted Demo Mode

we have a NE-Edition and i want to have a Server with a "Hosted Demo" running. I have seen this on your page and several "Hosting Provider Partners" from you.

I did not find anything, how to activate the Demo-Mode.

Can you help me.
