What should I put as the name instead of NAME OF BINDING: ????????

That depends how you've set-up your external LDAP server. You, or your Administrator, should know the details you need to enter to bind to that server. Have a look at the article in the wiki on external authentication: LDAP Authentication - Zimbra :: Wiki
