Default Certs on 5.0.4 using the web admin interface

I get this error while trying to install a cert using the web interface:

Your certificate was not installed due to the error : system failure: IOException while handling uploaded certificate Message: Your certificate was not installed due to the error : system failure: IOException while handling uploaded certificate Error code: ZaCertWizard.prototype.installCallback Method: AjxException.UNKNOWN_ERROR Details:system failure: IOException while handling uploaded certificate

Thoughts?

Is this a commercial certificate? If it is search the forums for the term 'Invalid Certificate Chain' and/or check this wiki article. If it's a self signed certificate check this article.

I'm back to the orginal error I had. I can't seem to find any docs for 5.0.x on installing certs. Is this a bug with the admin web interface?

I updated this page

with the self-signed procedure for 5.x. The commands are a bit different, but the principle if the same. So for a commercial certificate you should follow the steps of the 4.5 wiki with the commands above. I don't have time until the weekend for more details, but it is not too hard, you should be able to do it :-)
