Are you using the Open Source version or the Network Edition of Zimbra?

So you can't change Zimbra's logo.

You should check all articles of this wiki's category : Category:Branding - Zimbra :: Wiki

It clearly says "If you are using the Zimbra Collaboration Suite Open Source edition license (...) you are required to use the Zimbra Inside logo on the web client interface.".

That location does not exist because we don't use Tomcat in version 5.x Iif you want to modify the logo and/or skins in the NE version of Zimbra please read the documentation on the Support Portal.
