Default Problem Start Zimbra

Hello everyone I have a problem to enter zimbra .... do this command:
Su - zimbra
Then enter your password and gives me this error:
MAKE THE LOGIN FROM HOME = /
What means?

Welcome to the forums.

You shouldn't need to enter a password when you do an 'su - zimbra'. Which operating system? Which version of Zimbra? Were there any errors in the logs during the install?

The Linux operating system is Mac OS X version ... instead of Zimbra is 5.0 .... no errors during installation me alone problems of start

No directory,logging in with HOME=/
