Hello, and welcome to the Zimbra Forums.

Sorry you're having difficulty. Can you please describe your problem a little more in detail?

Thanks

The problem is the following:
I normally access the mail by web; I receive and I read the messages.
I don't succeed in visualizing to unload its attachments; when I try to open or to unload the attachments I get the error of the browser “page not found”
I think about having problems with the configuration of the browser, that is IE7

Help me :-(

Are you running any kind of proxy?

I have this exact same problem. Did anybody discover a fix?

I have determined the problem lies between Zimbra and my firewall's WebProxy filter.

I've also found that if I forward an email with an attachment to myself that prior I could not open about 90% of the forwared attachments become readable.

Does this make sense to anybody? I am quite frustrated over this as you can imagine viewing attachments is crucial to my business.

Additional Information:
This was not a problem using ZCS 4.5.3 the problem only occurred after upgrade to ZCS 5.0.5

Can you try turning off the caching feature of your Web Proxy and see iff this helps the problem? I had to do this to prevent some very specific issues with IE.
