Default no HTTPS anymore after new IP

After changing the IP of the server it seems impossible to get hppts access.

i have run ./zmtlsctl both but it din't help.
Could someone point me out here.

is there anything in the logfiles ? a error message would be useful I have just changed the IP on my server, and the only problem I had was to zmprov for the Postfix mynetworks.
