My Documents folders lose Docs

Hi, I use the doc section, love it, but I put docs in and they are saved, and they are viewed, and then, they are gone, I can not see the text in the titled doc anylonger.

If I go to create the same file or doc name, Zim tells me there is another and to keep that one or keep new.

How can I prevent this and see the doc?

Can you please elaborate a little more? When you click to open a doc, you can't close it?
