Default [SOLVED] Changing zimbraMailPort

Hi,
I'm trying to change the zimbraMailPort value, but when I send the command

zmprov ms my_zimbra_server zimbraMailPort 81

I obtain the message

ERROR: service.INVALID_REQUEST (invalid request: port 993 between zimbraImapSSLBindPort and zimbraImapSSLProxyBindPort on server my_ zimbra_server)

How can I solve the problem and change the port?

All my attempts have not had effect!

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forums,
If this is a single server setup you shouldn't have installed proxy, check with:
Quote:
zmproxyctl status
zmprov gs server.domain.com | grep zimbraServiceEnabled
zmprov gs server.domain.com | grep zimbraServiceInstalled
as necessary:
Quote:
zmproxyctl stop
zmprov ms server.domain.com -zimbraServiceEnabled imapproxy
zmcontrol stop
zmcontrol start

To fix the port conflicts (even if proxy was disabled above) run the first command all on one line, & put a 7 in front of anything with proxy in it.
Quote:
zmprov -l ms server.domain.com zimbraPop3BindPort 110 zimbraPop3SSLBindPort 995 zimbraPop3ProxyBindPort 7110 zimbraPop3SSLProxyBindPort 7995 zimbraImapBindPort 143 zimbraImapSSLBindPort 993 zimbraImapProxyBindPort 7143 zimbraImapSSLProxyBindPort 7993
zmcontrol stop
zmcontrol start

After changing either:
zimbraMailPort
zimbraMailSSLPort
zimbraMailMode (CLI zmtlsctl to set Web Server Mode - Zimbra :: Wiki)
You should double check that your zimbraMtaAuthURL is set properly: SMTP Auth Problems - Zimbra :: Wiki

Hope you enjoy Zimbra!
