Default Browser in AJAX mode freezes, please help

Hi,

After some tests last week I decided to install Zimbra on the production server.
Now that everything appeared to be ok, when I log in the user using the AJAX desktop (not standard html) it FREEZES completely the browser. The only solution is to kill the browser, and this is not a browser problem because IE, Firefox and Epiphany have the same problem, in linux and in windows.
Also I tried in the local machine where Zimbra is and the same.

The situation occours not at the beginning of the load of the page but I would say by the end.

The standard html works fine.

Any suggestions please

Raiky

Hi,

Just and update: I learn that the error is produced by the Zimlets! I deactivated them and the Desktop works fine.

Also I tried all the zimlets independently and always the same problem, so it is a common code that is failing or has the problem.

I am going to see what is wrong with them. Where can I find logs or whatever about Zimlets? Are there any errors about Zimlets I should have a look?.

Any help about this is much appreciated.
Thanks.

R.

Hi,

The problem is with the Local Zimlet (Yahoo maps).

I deactivated it and everythings works fine.

Does someone have an idea about how to solve this ?

Hi,

Sorry, no solution. Just a confirmation. And a thankyou for finding the issue - enabling me to continue evaluating Zimbra.

I am experiencing the identical issue. FWIW, here is my version information.
Release 5.0.2_GA_1975.RHEL4_20080130212006 CentOS4 FOSS edition
Cheers, Dave.
