@MrBryce2000: The answer for the MX record is still incorrect:

Code:
fairhavenchurch.org. 38400 IN MX 10 mail.fairhavenchurch.org.fairhavenchurch.org.
It should just be mail.fairhavenchurch.org.

What is the active DNS zone file that is producing this response?

Ok, EMERGENCY!

Everything is working well. I have the Zimbra server up and running. Unfortunately, when I switch everyone to the in-house DNS server, no one can access the church website (Fairhaven Church - Where To Begin). Did I just shoot myself in the foot?

It's probably because you don't have Fairhaven Church - Where To Begin in your zone file. Try adding this, taken from an external dig lookup of your domain:

Code:
www.fairhavenchurch.org. 7200	IN	CNAME	fairhavenchurch.org.
 fairhavenchurch.org.	7200	IN	A	64.132.209.24
