Default [SOLVED] Upgraded to 5.0.2...Now our Documents are Invisible

We upgraded from 4.5.9 NE to 5.0.2 last night. Looks like something in the upgrade has caused our documents to disappear. Changing skins doesn't help....though our theme developer here did change some global files outside of the skin folder....so I have to track that down. I didn't know if anyone else had seen this though?

If I hover the mouse over the "notebook" folder, it tells me how many documents are inside it and how much space they are using. I cannot see them in the document pane though, just a big blank frame. So they are in there....just can't see them or do anything with them.

View source on the page - do you see a "!-- missing template _Template --" ?
If so, have a look at the zmprov initNotebook & importNotebook commands - examples here: Zimbra_Documents_Provisioning_CLI_Command : Documents - Enabling for 4.0 Upgrade - Zimbra :: Wiki

zmprov in wiki@domain.com
zmprov impn wiki@domain.com /opt/zimbra/wiki/Template Template
And you may need to:
zmmailboxdctl stop
zmmailboxdctl start
Clear your browser cache before checking again.

(Matt confirms back up and running via IM)

This happened again after upgrading to 5.0.5. The steps above did resolve it, but why is this happening?
