Default Zimbra Webmail "Help" is not working .. ?

Hi,

this seems an odd problem, we installed zimbra 5 (open source version) on Ubuntu 6.06 server lts. All is working fine except for the "help" link on the web client.

Now the help works in IE 7 but not in FF2 or Safari. The web mail works fine in both.
Is there any specific setting that needs to be enabled for it?
I presume its something to do with the Java script?

thanks,

oliver.

How about pop-up or script blockers, do you have any in FF or Safari. FWIW, both browsers have the help button working for me.

very odd .. now FF crashed when I loaded the help page. .. after loading FF again it works!?

But I still have users where it doenst work.
Popup is aloud as the page loads up just on the lhs you can click on the links just doens't load.

I think it might be some FF js quirk .. will see if a restart will get it to work on the other machines.

It's quite likely to be a browser problem, do you have 'mouse gestures' install by any chance? I've seen that cause a few problems. I'd suggest disabling all the add-ons and clear the browser cache, restart FF and see if you can establish one is causing the problem.

yes, .. that must have been it. This machine has a bunch of plugins running in FF (no mouse gestures thou). Must have been some browser issue. works now for my client as well .. magic fix

thanks for the help!
