Upgrade from 5.0.0 beta 3 to 5.0.2 GA

Hi,

Current: Release 5.0.0_BETA3_1276.SuSEES10_20070822161025 openSUSE_10.2 FOSS edition

We are using the zcs 5.0.0 beta 3 on openSUSE 10.2 and we have a daily script to tar the whole /opt/zimbra folder. Now, we are planning to upgrade it to zcs 5.0.2 GA on existing platform (or even re-install the server with openSUSE 10.3), does anyone know the proper procedure?

Should we just execute the latest zcs 5.0.2 GA package for upgrading? How about install the zcs 5.0.2 on openSUSE 10.3? Just re-install the openSUSE 10.3, then install the old version of zcs 5.0.0 beta3, and then untar the whole folders and upgrade the zcs 5.0.2 GA?

Make a full backup of your /opt/zimbra directory and run the ./install.sh script to upgrade on your current system.

I had made a full backup of /opt/zimbra folder and init. the ./install.sh script. Everything seems OK until installing the first rpm (core one), it's failed with no reason~ I need to reinstall the old version of zcs as the installation removed the zimbra service~

Any idea?
