Default HELP PLEASE!! DNS ERROR RESOLVING MX FOR xxxx.xxxxx.com

what is this error about?

we've inputted the correct domain name, still won't go in.

any help please?

this is our first time installing Zimbra, our server is running on SuSe Linux Enterprise Server 10.

Welcome to the forums.

Please don't post in capitals as it's considered shouting, we can all see your post.

That error means exactly what it says, there is no DNS A or MX record for the domain (you also need a correct /etc/hosts file). If you are behind a NAT router you'll need to set-up a Split DNS. This subject has been covered many times in the forums, please search for some troubleshooting tips and post some output to show you have valid records.
