I give up - Why won't this install?

I've tried to install zimbra on both Fedora core 7 and RHEL5.
Both times the installation didn't finish.

hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
10.11.1.27 zimbra.mydomain.com zimbra


zimbra.mydomain.com is in the DNS and there is a MX record.
The installer doesn't complain about that.

Here's what I'm getting when I try to install it.

ERROR

This is what I get when I try to start all zimbra services

[zimbra@zimbra /]$ zmcontrol start

Unable to determine enabled services. Cache is out of date or doesn't exist.

I've searched the forums and I didn't find anything that fixes my problem.

Seems like the install from zimbra 5.0.2 is buggy.
Went to 5.0.0 and it installed without any problems whatsoever.

What does your /etc/redhat-release show?

Can you give me access to this box? PM me the details. I want to see if there's a bug we don't know about.

I might be able to, but it will have to be outside our network.
The box won't have access to our DNS server.
Is that ok?
