Problem upgrading from 5.0.1 -> 5.0.2 (documents)

I'm getting the following error when I try to upgrade to 5.0.2... Can anyone shed some light on this??? All the notebooks are empty after I upgrade and I can't seem to figure out whats wrong. Thankfully I'm using VMWare so I was able to roll back to the pre-upgrade snapshot.
