Question High cpu + major problems composing a new html email

I am testing this (latest) version of Zimbra:

zcs-5.0.2_GA_1975.UBUNTU6.20080130235804

I set up a few users but with just one of them I am experiencing this problem:

I cannot compose html emails since cpu goes up and everything I type gets "deleted" as if I pressed the delete key right after every char I type.
The cpu goes up on some other cases due to apparently buggy javascripts.

One weird thing: this only happens with one user and only with IE6 / IE7 (doesn't happen with FF). I tried on a few different computers and with other users on different computers. The bug seems to be there and related to some user configuration.

I tried zmprov getAllConfig but I don't seem to have a zimbraPrefForwardReplyInOriginalFormat variable. Again if I set it to false using management interface the problem is still there, that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Is there any way to reset user configuration?

Thanks in advance.
