Concatenate the root and intermediaries files?

Hi Guys,
I am trying to change the Expired Cert on Zimbra, The Cert CA id Thwate, I have done everything mentioned above but I still get the following Error :-
[root@a-corpmx01 certs]# /opt/zimbra/bin/zmcertmgr verifycrt comm /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key commercial.crt commercial_ca.crt
** Verifying commercial.crt against /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key
Certificate (commercial.crt) and private key (/opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial/commercial.key) match.
XXXXX ERROR: Invalid Certificate: commercial.crt: /C=US/O=thawte, Inc./OU=Certification Services Division/OU=(c) 2006 thawte, Inc. - For authorized use only/CN=thawte Primary Root CA
error 2 at 2 depth lookup:unable to get issuer certificate

Can someone Please Help me on this and guide me to Right Direction ?

Never Mind guys ! The Cert CA gave me wrong Root Cert.
