OK, that just confirms that there is no A record, you need one. Fix the DNS and try your pda connection again.

I changed the A record of the domain. Its still doing the same relay not permitted thing.

Also, I noticed if I send an email from my PDA to a domain which is on the same domain as the zimbra server it goes through. If the recipient is on a different domain then it gives the relay not permitted. Is this normal?
