"data is stale" after upgrade from 4.5.10 to 5.0.2

Although it doesn't look like there's a serious problem, I'm getting a "data is stale" message when I log in to the administration console in the server status screen. Everything has the blue check marks indicating that maybe everything is alright.

From other threads, I checked the following file:

/opt/zimbra/logger/db/data/your.servername.com.err

/tmp/gengraphs.out

/tmp/logprocess.out

No DB errors or any other errors of note.

Happens on both the Network version and the Open Source version.

Any pointers to what's going on and what can be done to remedy?

Well, it means data isn't getting into the logger correctly. Take a look at this:

I just upgraded from 4.5.x to 5.0.2 and I'm seeing this as well, however slightly different. I have 2 servers, the one with the logger installed (master) is showing the server status correctly, but it shows the red X for all services on my other server, even though the services are running. I went through the troubleshooting section of the wiki page, but can't find anything obvious. I have no errors in /opt/zimbra/logger/db/data/.err, all the necessary log processes are running, and syslog messages are getting sent to the master server. Any hints/tips would be greatly appreciated.
