Default [SOLVED] IMAP Proxy problems

All,
I apologize if this has been covered but to date, I've not found anything.

I'm running Zimbra 5.0 Open-Source and everything installed and is working correctly except for IMAP.

When I attempt to connect I get a message that the login failed. This very same login works on the web client so I know it's an issue with IMAP to either ports 143 or 993. When I use the non-proxy ports specified in the configuration for IMAP, everything begins to work.

The logs also do not show any errors when I try to connect and fail.

Any guidance on what I need to be doing would be appreciated.

Have you actually enabled the proxy and is this a single server install?

You don't need the proxy running for a single server install, disable it and run the following command (yes, it's all on one line ) as the Zimbra user:

zmprov -l ms server.domain.com zimbraPop3BindPort 110 zimbraPop3SSLBindPort 995 zimbraPop3ProxyBindPort 7110 zimbraPop3SSLProxyBindPort 7995 zimbraImapBindPort 143 zimbraImapSSLBindPort 993 zimbraImapProxyBindPort 7143 zimbraImapSSLProxyBindPort 7993
restart Zimbra and see if that resolves your problem.
