ZCS 4.5.10 mixed domain w/ ZCS 5.0.1

Hello,

Is it supported to run a 4.5.10 ZCS domain with a participating 5.0.1 server?

I was considering adding in a server to my existing 4.5.10 domain, but the server would be 5.0.1. The purpose is to test out 5.0.1 before upgrading to. I want to be able to use zmmailboxmove to move accounts back and forth between the versions.

Should it work?

No, this will not work. You need to keep all machine in a multi-server install at the same version. There are changes in the LDAP structure and other key components between versions.
