Default Zimbra fails on LDAP replica host (LDAP: error code 32 - No Such Object)

When I try to install the second zimbra server, I installed the second as the LDAP replica. I disable logger on the second server and disable LDAP create domain.
But I still got the error.
ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: unable to get config) (cause: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException [LDAP: error code 32 - No Such Object])

Here is my zmsetup.log and install.log

Can someone help me to take a look?

Thank you so much, Mike.
After I ran zmldapenablereplica, it's ok now.

I have the other question.
After I ran "zmprov ds replica.domain.com", how can I make sure the replica.domain.com is totally out of ldap and configuration file? Or it would be.
How can I disable the replica sync on mater ldap?

Thank you so much.
