Will the 4.x line be continued?

I was curious if the 4.x line will be continued to support those that possibly can not upgrade to 5.0 or choose not.

We are planning for a 4.5.11 at some point. In general the 4.5.x releases will be for critical issues or for fixing issues preventing folks from upgrading to 5.0 so for longer term support and bugfixes 5.0 upgrade is the way to go.
