Default 4.5.9 to 5.0.1 upgrade issue?

I attempted to upgrade to 5.0.1 NE, from 4.5.9 NE on a Centos 4.5 system last night, and everything appeared to have gone fine, except the Installer stops short of telling me that the upgrade is complete. Below is the last 20 or so lines of the output of the installer, which is still sitting on my console, as it has been for the last couple hours, seemingly idle.

It just never seems to get past the "Restarting mailboxd...done. line, but it appears that everything is working as it should, webclient, sending/receiving, etc. I am just not sure what I should do at this point, kill it or wait?

I was unsure what log would be useful for this, so if you know, fill me in.

Thanks!
