Default moving a 5.0.1 install to a 64 bit machine

Hi!
we're moving from a 32 bit debian box to a 64 bit machine.
As there are no debian64 packages available I want to know if we can use openSuse64 or CentOS as the distribution and use the SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 64/Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 x86_64 packages for zimbra.

I read that there're some problems with CentOS. Can we install it under CentOS 4?

thanx!
