Hello, welcome to the forum.

First thing would be to tell use which version of Zimbra you're installing, on which OS.
I think this "sudo error" is OS related, that's why we need to know which OS you are running, to help you.

You can also check this wiki page (that shows how to get rid of the requiretty) :
Sudoers - Zimbra :: Wiki

Default Nearly the same problem

Hello!

Me system: SLES 10SP1, ZCS 5.0.1 OSS

In log file I have following lines:
...
Initializing ldap...
***Running as zimbra user : /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmldapinit
sudo: /etc/sudoers is mode 0640, should be 0440
... seven times
IO::Socket::NET: connect: Connection refused at /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmldapinit line 160.
failed. (28416)

What may cause this problem? And how to solve it?

Thanks beforehand
