Default [SOLVED] Upgrade 4.5.6 to 5.0.1 - tomcat won't start

Followed the upgrade script for Ubuntu Network Edition 5.0.1 GA

Installer reported success. Tomcat is not running. I'm troubleshooting now and will post debug information as I find it.

ran /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms as root.
stopped zimbra via /etc/init.d/zimbra stop
started zimbra via /etc/init.d/zimbra start

tomcat is now running.

Seemed to be only a permissions issue.
