Default When Share Made No Buttons on E-mail

EnEnvironment:
UBUNTU 6
Zimbra Release 5.0.0_GA_1869.UBUNTU6 UBUNTU6 FOSS edition upgraded from version 4.5.5GA

When I create a share of an Address Book or Calendar, the share shows up under edit properties, an e-mail is sent to the user that the share was created for, but no buttons show up on the e-mail for the user to accept/add the shared Address Book or Calendar.

Any ideas where to start looking?

Thanks

Sounds like Bug 23582 - No Accept/Decline buttons on share request

Sounds exactly the same as what I am getting. It happens with all accounts. The Bug is marked Unconfirmed. Does my occurrence of the same issue confirm it?

Since this issue seems like it might take some time. I was wondering if there was a way to force the shared Address Book into the user account after it was shared.

I have one Address book that needs to be shared with all user accounts. This is the one thing that is holding me from converting more users over to this system.
