Wnat to move to pop3 from pop3s

I am looking at configuration of pop3 and IMAP as I see that After I remove enable SSL also I can't access pop3. I wnat to use only po3 or both of them i.e. I want to get mails in outlook with pop3 or SSL enabled also.. any solution I am completely struck

Thanks for the reply what I meant was to use both pop3 and pop3s ..
