Instant Messaging

Just upgraded to 5 network edition. Can't seem to get instant messaging to work.

This just might be a firewall issue, although I was unable to instant message a user on the same zimbra install on the same machine.

Couple of questions:

1. What firewall ports need to be open to use Zimbra IM?

2. What is the "Zimbra" IM address format to use when entering the contact profile?

3. What is the "AOL" IM address format to use?

4. I clicked on something that brought up this Buddy List window that I can't move or get rid of. Any suggestions, or is this a bug? See attached.
