Documents "Import" button missing after 5.0 upgrade

The Import button under documents does not appear after upgrading from 4.5.7 to 5.0GA. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Did you clear your cache? Can you post a screenshot?

Yes, and it comes up the same way on multiple browsers. I tested an install from scratch and got the same thing. I have a screenshot, but I can't find a way to attach it.

Hit 'go advanced' > manage attachments
or you could use TinyPic - Share the Experience!™ or ImageShack® - Hosting

You can attach a file to your posting using the advanced reply function, but not the quick reply function. Scroll down below the text area to the 'additional options' section and click the button marked 'manage attachments'

Ok, I upgraded to 5.0.1 last night and I'm seeing the same behavior. I am using the new skins from 5.0.1.

Time to open a bug then, as it should be sitting just between edit & delete.
(Does your upload file in briefcase work?)
