Default Creating account error message

Trying to create a new account for the first time. When I type in a character in the account field, I get the message "Value does not match valid values".

Any ideas?

Default character

Which character? Can you tell me anything about your system? (OS, build number, new install, upgrade, case color, anything?)

Default domain?

What's listed in the domain selector? Is it blank?

When you installed zimbra, did you give the installer a FQDN (like mail.google.com)? I can't tell cleanly from the picture, but it *looks* like you just have "zimbra" as the domain, which will / should generate all sorts of errors.

No.

Should I remove and reinstall using a FQDN. Or can I edit a few files.
