Welcome to the forums,
Visit your admin console gui > global or server sections > pop & mta tabs
What's the mail client program? ZCS version? http://www.zimbra.com/forums/announc...r-profile.html
ie: You really need to list off what you have set currently for us to help you out further, plus I don't know if you're asking about incoming or outgoing...
-Anything you set in an individual server section will override the global defaults.
-Depending on how much you've changed you'll need to run a postfix reload, zmmtactl & zmmailboxdctl stop/start, or even a full zmcontrol stop/start afterwards to make sure things apply.

don't Work!!
I disable the options TLS in MTA, and disable pop3ssl and smtpssl and don't work.

Can I disable TLS mode, for connection 110 and 25 without ssl???????
thanks you.
Rafa.

Ohh...yes, and now someone can stole your passwords with specific programs! This is a low security method! Not a good advice...

Could you tell us more about this?

Are you speaking of password sniffing?

yes, password sniffing! I'm not an expert but I know someone who practice this method (not on Zimbra) but I will ask him to test my ZCS.

Anyway, I think this is the only thing that I don't understand (and nobody don't answer): there it's someone in this world who use ZCS 5, and can use it without checking the "Enable clear text login" option?

Only one...
