Default Web UI File attach Fails

I am running zcs-4.5.4_GA_763.FC5. When composing a new message in IE or FF when I click on Add Attachment I get to browse to the file, be it .txt or .rar or .zip, and select the file. When I send the tool bar that contains the send and cancel save draft buttons greys out and is not selectable. The browser does not crash, but does not show activity. I do not see any errors in my mailbox.log or messages.log files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

I am using FF 2.0.0.11 and IE 7.0 with the same results on multiple machines.

What's in your /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log

Also, you really should upgrade. There are many issues that are fixed.

The log file does not show anything. How easy is the upgrade? I am running the open version. I have about 40 users, is the upgrade super easy? Can you point me in the direction of the upgrade files.

Thanks.

Well, there's always a possibility of problems. We released 5.0 GA if you want to upgrade to that. The docs are in the download.
