Default Still having upgrade trouble- 4.5.6 to 4.5.10
Running 4.5.6_GA_1044 (open source) I am having a problem getting the upgrade to work.

Here's what happens:

I tried looking at /opt/zimbra/config.frm but the file is not there...

The machine (192.168.2.235) is able to resolve the logical hostname correctly via DNS (local DNS server):

root@phosphor:/tmp# /opt/zimbra/bin/zmhostname
phosphor.leddynamics.com

root@phosphor:/tmp# nslookup phosphor.leddynamics.com

I have attached my install and zmsetup logs.

So, we think your hitting :
Bug 22961 - zmldapenablereplica can fail on master if ldap_master_url is not lower case

Where some hosts in your config file have upper case, and some have lower case.

Try to restore to your backup, and change all hosts that are in zmlocalconfig to lowercase using
zmlocalconfig -e (attribute)=(lowercase host)

Your hosts file is also incorrect it should contain the following:

You should also disable ipv6 on that server as well.

I changed the hostname to lowercase in LDAP as specified, fixed hosts file, and disabled IPv6. I reran the setup program to perform the upgrade and I got this:

How about running the following commands on the zimbra server (just for confirmation):

host `hostname`  <-- type the command as-is with backticks not single quotes
dig leddynamics.com mx
dig leddynamics.com any

I notice that you skipped the DB checks, any reason for that? It's possible they may be corrupt.

Phoenix, re: skipping the DB check:
Very observant When I perform the database check, I get a ton of errors of this nature. At some point I decided that this problem was caused from a partial upgrade, and that my best chance would be to just try and get it to complete.
