Default mysql.server is not running after reinstalling zimbra.

Hi,
I am having problem while installing zimbra 5.0.0 open source edition in fedora core 7.

1 - First I installed zimbra without configuring DNS(All other components installed properly i.e i am able to get Admin page and client page using web client). So i uninstalled zimbra and configured DNS and reinstalled it.

2 - But after reinstalling zimbra, i found that logger and mysql are not running.

When i execute zmcontrol status , it shows as below.

antispam Running
antivirus Running
imapproxy Running
ldap Running
logger Stopped
logmysql.server is not running
mailbox Stopped
mysql.server is not running
mta Running
snmp Running
spell Running
stats Stopped

* But when i try to restart the mysql server, it is not responding. Also when i execute
> mysql mysql
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/opt/zimbra/db/mysql.sock' (2)

This issue arise only after an uninstall and reinstalling zimbra.

thank you.

Default

I used ./install.sh -u

* Also i am unable to find mysql in services or in init.d.But while starting zimbra using zmcontrol start, it shows that mailbox and logger are done. Then if i execute zmcontrol status immediately, it shows that they are not running.

Thank you.
