Default DNS, routing, you name it

Can your server resolve itself VIA DNS at the hostname you configured?

host will show you

Can you reach yourself on port 389, or is there a firewall in the way? (Try by the IP returned by the host command, NOT the loopback interface)

Is the RH firewall running?

What does ldd /opt/zimbra/openldap/libexec/slapd return?

Real server, or virtual environment?

Search the forums for more info.

Default bind libraries missing

Install the package that gives you libbind, and reinstall zimbra.
