my zcs version is zcs-4.5.10_GA_1575.RHEL5

Do you actually have a correct /etc/hosts file and correct DNS A & MX records pointing to your zimbra server? Post the details of the following (run on the Zimbra server):

host `hostname`  <-- type as-is with backticks not single quotes
dig yourdomain.com any
dig yourdomain.com mx

zmcontrol status  <-- run as the zimbra user
