M3 unable to view mail screen from IE

I just upgraded to M3 and everything looks great under firefox. When users try to log in with IE it just shows garbled text and is completely unusable. Anyone else experiencing this?

Can you try clearing your cache first and reloading the client (close all instances of IE, and select Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files).

If you are still seeing the same problem, can you post a screen shot?
